A passion for regenerative processes
Regenerative culture is about regaining our place as earthlings. Being mindful of the cyclical nature of life in our daily practices. This is not something we achieve overnight. It is a slow process of change. This process can start in any aspect of your life. For some, this work is focused on the home, health, food, or how we give birth. For others, it is about the workplace. We offer workshops to start the process of change , towards a more sustainable and regenerative approach to life. We focus on a diverse clientele, from renters, to homeowners and commercial developers.
Land Walks
We tend to forget that we are nature. We have a role as stewards or companions of ecosystems. To learn to steward a place, we have to see it first as a living system. If you are interested in this process, I can help. Let’s walk together through a place that you care about. It can be a forest, a bog, a garden, a street, or a field. Together we can learn how to see it as an ecosystem. We can also learn how to help it use its regenerative powers.

Being close to off-grid in a city
Learning about how nature works can help us adapt to climate change by using passive energy sources. We can learn to grow food at home and use the freely available sun and wind energy for various essential activities.

The kitchen as a creative studio
Experience the kitchen as a creative studio. Learn to use every day ingredients to build sustainable materials in your own home. For example, discover how to use eggshells as a raw material for scultping, painting or a powerful garden food. Or how to create your own cleaning supplies and how to fermentate foods that do not need to be refrigerated.

Create with waste
Mimicking natural life, we can experiment with our waste as a compostable raw material. This is a great way to reduce pollution.
Did you know that designers all over the world are developing biomaterials (materials made from kitchen waste, and natural compostable materials). Check out Materiom.org, everyday new recipes are added to the website for others to explore and experiment with.
